Electrophoresis extinction
Ele-porcelain aluminum profile is a new type of aluminum alloy surface treatment process, the treatment of electrophoresis for matting, combined with the special climate of China to improve the chemical products needed for oxidation. As porcelain swimming has very strict requirements on oxidation technology and production equipment, Cheetah uses pure imported coloring power supply to produce aluminum profiles with very fine surface.
Due to the special technology, the aluminum profiles can be used in extreme environments, such as coastal areas with high humidity and high salinity. CTALU's Ele-porcelain can be produced in four colors: black, mocha, platinum and white enamel.
The surface texture of the electrophoresis-extinction aluminum profiles produced by CTALU is ceramic-like, which is why we call it ele-porcelain, and the weather resistance of the PVDF coating can reach 4000-6000 hours, while the Ele-porcelain can reach 8000 hours due to the fluorocarbon resin contained in the chemical of Ele-porcelain and the special production. Moreover, PVDF coatings are prone to corrosion underground, which is not the case with Ele-porcelain at all.
